Original oil painting on 300gsm paper. Hand cut edges in shape of sunflower petals. Part of a series on the functions of Holy Spirit, I knew nothing about the Ukraine, when I designed the concept of the Spirit creating the sunflower and tear drops/ healing refreshing water springing forth. Although dispersed, the Ukrainian people will bless the world, like sunflower seeds, spreading and multiplying. The petals are hand signed by Ukrainian people and children, living in Ireland, with a special pen. God is with them.
